Explore the Broughton Archipelago

There’s a beauty of the Broughton Archipelago that is unrivaled anywhere else in the world. And it’s yours to explore.

E njoy the majesty of the Broughton as you tour around the thousands of bays and coves that hold all kinds of hidden gems in the form of wildlife, marine life, fresh coastal air, and miles and miles of magnificent scenery.

The Broughton Archipelago is comprised of a group of islands and islets that cover the area between the southern most end of Queen Charlotte Strait and the BC Mainland, and from North Broughton Island in the north to West Cracroft Island in the south.

The largest island in the Broughton Archipelago is G̱waʼyasda̱ms, Gilford Island and it’s here that Ḵ̓wax̱wa̱lawadi, Echo Bay can be found, on the north west side, nestled in a sheltered cove not far from the east end of Baker Island. Being central in the area, our location is an excellent place from which to base your exploration of the Broughton.
